Who is AFG?

Australian Finance Group (AFG) is the largest distributor of wholesale mortgage finance in Australia and one of the top three in the world. AFG is also one of the fastest growing providers of holistic financial services in the country.

AFG acts as a specialist research, training and compliance house for over 2,200 affiliated mortgage brokers. AFG provides brokers access to a vast array of financial products and services (over 900!) from Australia's leading financial institutions, including the top 20 banks.

AFG brokers collectively write more than $28 billion worth of mortgages each year and in 06-07 they processed over 93,000 mortgages for their customers.

AFG now accounts for more than 9% of home loan lending in Australia, which means if it were a bank it would rank at number six behind St George Bank.

Where are we located?

AFG has offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

AFG's head office is located in West Perth in brand new, modern premises directly across from the picturesque Harold Boas gardens and behind the City West train station. AFG is conveniently located and only a short walk to all amenities, including bus stops, Harbourtown and West Perth.

At head office there is a large staff break out room on the third floor, with vending machines and a huge plasma television. We also have coffee machines in every kitchen. Functions are held either in the level three breakout room or on the roof, where the view is very nice indeed.

AFG's state offices are all comfortably furnished and conveniently located, within walking distance to most amenities.
